- Pectus carinatum is a rare chest wall deformity that causes the breastbone to push outward instead of being flush against the chest.
- Pectus carinatum can also be associated with a variety of genetic disorders and syndromes, including Marfan syndrome, Noonan syndrome, Morquio syndrome, homocystinuria, osteogenesis imperfecta, Coffin-Lowery syndrome, cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, and certain chromosome abnormalities

How to use a pigeon chest brace?
- Use it for 6 months to a year. Sometimes it will take longer.
- Wear the pectus brace for 8 hours a day or longer
- Can be removed for physical activity such as sports, exercising, showering, and any other activities that might limit your movement.
